For Cliniko practices in Australian allied health
Cliniko runs the practice.
kitt runs the clinical side.
kitt drafts your notes, letters and treatment plan from the session, syncs back to your Cliniko record, and sends the plan to your client through kitt Companion. Their check-ins come back to you, so you can step in before the next appointment, not after.
Works with Cliniko. Clients and notes sync both ways, and completed notes push back when you review and send them.
Australian owned and hosted. APP compliant. kitt documentation supports your AHPRA record-keeping obligations.
In the room
Dictate the session, keep the clinical call
Dictate once and your notes, letters and treatment plan come back drafted, structured and Medicare ready. Referral and GP letters, imaging requests and discharge summaries come out of that same session too. kitt drafts, you decide.
- Notes drafted, structured and Medicare ready
- Referral and GP letters, imaging requests, discharge summaries
- You check, edit and approve every one
Research on US physicians found about two hours of documentation and desk work for every hour of direct care, plus one to two hours of clerical work after hours each night. Sinsky et al, Annals of Internal Medicine, 2016
Your practice software
Nothing moves out of Cliniko
Your clients and notes sync both ways, so you book and bill exactly where you always have. Write the note in kitt, review it, and push it back into the Cliniko record yourself, one note at a time.
- Clients sync bidirectionally between kitt and Cliniko
- You review each note, then push it back to Cliniko yourself
- Cliniko stays the source of truth for your client records by default
Between visits
Your client carries the plan
Your client opens kitt Companion and finds the plan you built in the session: their exercises, sets, reps and cues, in their pocket instead of on a folded printout.
- Exercises, sets, reps and cues in their pocket
- Ticks off what is done, logs pain and how they feel
- Questions answered straight from your plan
And tells you how it is going
Their adherence, on your dashboard
Companion checks in on pain, on what they have completed, and on how they are feeling. That comes back to you as an adherence view per client, with flags on the ones who need attention.
- Adherence per client at a glance
- The ones who need attention flagged automatically
- Someone stops three days in and you see it that week
Most of the rehab happens when you are not in the room
of the information in a medical consultation is forgotten immediately, and almost half of what is remembered is remembered incorrectly. Kessels, J R Soc Med, 2003
Research shows non-adherence to home exercise programs can reach 70%, a figure restated in a 2024 umbrella review of 205 trials. Essery et al, 2017; Ley and Putz, 2024
An app delivering the program more than doubled complete adherence at 26 weeks in Australian adults with knee osteoarthritis. The same trial found no difference in function. Hinman, Nelligan et al, MappKO, 2026
Adherence is worth chasing. A 2025 analysis of 46 randomised trials found completing 80 to 100% of prescribed exercise was associated with less pain and fewer functional limitations in chronic low back pain, while 60 to 79% showed no significant association. Association, not causation, and the certainty is low. Jones et al, Journal of Physiotherapy, 2025
The stack
Where the scribe stops and the exercise platform starts
Most clinicians end up holding two tools and the gap between them. An AI scribe writes the note and stops at the end of the session. Heidi has no client side to it: no plan in your client's hands, nothing coming back to you.
An exercise platform starts at the exercises. Physitrack gives your client a video library and an app where they log sessions and discomfort, and that comes back to a dashboard. It is an exercise platform rather than your clinical record, so the exercise half and the documentation half stay two systems.
kitt runs both halves in one place: the session written up, the plan delivered, and what your client actually does landing in the same record as the notes and letters.
| Capability | kitt | AI scribe (for example Heidi) | Exercise platform (for example Physitrack) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Notes drafted from the session | Yes | Yes | No |
| Letters, referrals and reports drafted from the session | Yes | Yes | No |
| Exercise prescription delivered to your client | Yes | No | Yes |
| Client app with check-ins on pain and completed exercise | Yes | No | Yes |
| What your client does between visits landing in the same record as your notes | Yes | No | No |
Two of those rows are ties, and that is the point. You can buy each half of the job separately today. The last row is the one you cannot buy anywhere else.

The arithmetic
Two tools is two subscriptions. Or the writing is still yours.
Whichever half you are missing costs you something. If you run a scribe and an exercise platform, it is two line items. If you run neither, it is the hour you spend writing instead of treating. kitt is $69 per clinician per month and covers both halves, so put your own numbers in and see what that is worth.
If you pay for both today
Your two line items, per clinician per month. Take them off your own invoices, prices move around too much for us to quote them for you.

If the writing is still yours
Time that goes back into the day only pays if you fill it. These are your estimates, not kitt's numbers, so change them to whatever your week actually looks like.
Billable time back, if you fill it

Both sums are yours, not ours. kitt has not measured how much writing time it gives any clinician back, and time only turns into revenue if the appointment gets filled.
